MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
Murchison Falls National Park previously referred to as Kabalega Falls is situated North West of Uganda on the Northern part of the Albertine Rift Valley. The park covers an area of about 3893km and is Uganda’s largest National Park taking its name from a narrow descending gap along the Nile River, this is where the river squeezes it’s self through a less than 8m gorge before falling 45m gap below making a thunderous roar creating a trademark rainbow.
